Afifuddin is a 3D Visualizer and Urban Designer based in Dubai, currently working at Hopkins Architects. He has experience working across a range of 3D and rendering tools, with a strong interest in experimenting with interactive media and game development.
He holds a degree in Urban Planning from Universiti Sains Malaysia, which informs his understanding of spatial design across both real-world environments and digital spaces. His work often sits at the intersection of architecture, visualization, and interactive experiences.
Before relocating to Dubai, he worked with several architecture consultants and 3D visualization studios in Indonesia, where he was involved in producing design visualizations for architectural and urban projects. These experiences helped him build a strong foundation in translating design concepts into visual narratives across different project scales.
While not formally trained in history, he has a strong personal interest in it, which influences his current exploration into recreating historical spaces through immersive 3D environments.
